Sometimes I am impressed at HOW expired the things in my refrigerator are.
Three eggs in a carton marked JULY 12.
Just thought you'd like to know.

At least you notice when things are expired - I'd probably still eat them.
Posted by: savia on November 30, 2006 09:02 AMI've pulled a block of cheese out of my refrigerator with an expiration date over ONE YEAR in the past. Beat that.
But to be fair, it actually belonged to my roommate. No, really.
Those eggs could have been put to some good use. Breakfast burrito style!

Someone called in and actually ate something that expired in 1987 live on the show. Personally, while I don't mind giving a little slack depending on the food in question, I was horrified by some of the people out there. They're like cockroaches, nothing must kill them.
